The first time we used SA as our architect was because of his user friendly web-site.
There was a breakdown of the fees in a progress payment type arrangement which we thought was a good idea.
We have used SA on 2 occasions now & have been more than happy with the end result.
Firstly we had an ensuite added to our previous existing home & we were delighted with the result. Therefore when we contemplated doing another renovation we contacted Neville again.
SA listened to what we wanted & came up with a plan we thought was amazing. He was easy to work with as we worked through the original plan together & made changes where they were needed to accommodate things we thought of as we went along in the planning stages. Because this was a renovation SA was guided by the floor plan of the original building but with a second story on top this allowed a whole new concept to the build. The bathrooms became a bit of a problem because of space but together we were able to work things out so all needs were met.
Right from the start we liked SA’s design & that is the reason we went with him. He could visualize the light coming through windows in the atrium which we are seeing the effect of now that we are living in the home.
Another of SA’s specialties is lighting & colours. We had a good idea of what colours we wanted inside knowing what furniture we had to fit in but the outside colours were SA’s ideas.Together we spent a lot of time going over colours, tiles & interior fittings.
SA’s service has been over & above the cost of his fees. He has on numerous occasions gone the extra mile for us.
Everyone that has visited our home thinks it is amazing & we always recommend Neville as our preferred architect.
We are really happy with the end result & are now enjoying living in our architecturally designed home.
